Refund policy
Return & Replacement Policy
Your purchase is eligible for a return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Product: If the product delivered does not match the description on our website or if an entirely different item was sent.
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the item you received has a genuine manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit.
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Each return or exchange request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note, we are unable to issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided.
- The delivery fails after three attempts by our courier partner.
- The recipient refuses to accept the package.
How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return criteria listed above, please contact us at contact@maisonkashmir.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your email must include:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for return
- In case of a defective or incorrect item, attach clear images of the product
Please note: Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Resolution Options
If your claim is valid, we’ll gladly offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the same product
- Exchange for another product of equal value
- Refund processed within 7–10 business days after the product is picked up
If a replacement is not available, we will inform you and proceed with a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit of equivalent value.
Important Note
If your package appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Immediately return it to the courier and avoid signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
